How fast can you deliver equipment?
We typically deliver to MetroWest areas within 4-8 hours. Delivery time depends on location and availability. Same-day delivery is sometimes possible for rush jobs. For specific timeframes, text (508) 405-5900.
What’s your damage policy?
All equipment rented as-is. Normal wear and tear is included. Damage due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow operating instructions incurs repair or replacement charges. Renter assumes full liability for loss, theft, or unauthorized use.
How does pickup and return work?
Free pickup and delivery included. Equipment must be returned clean and in working condition. If equipment is returned dirty, a $100 cleaning fee per unit applies. Damage beyond normal wear and tear is subject to repair/replacement charges. Late returns = daily rental rate continues. Extended rentals available for ongoing jobs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, checks, and ACH transfers. Payment is due upon delivery of equipment. Net-30 payment terms available for established contractor accounts with prior approval. Contact us to discuss your payment needs.
What if equipment breaks during my rental?
We replace defective equipment immediately at no charge (provided damage is not due to negligence or misuse). You’re never without equipment. All units are pre-inspected before delivery to ensure reliability.
Do you rent outside MetroWest?

What equipment is best for my job?
Text photos of your job site to (508) 405-5900 and our specialists will recommend the right combination of dehumidifiers, air movers, and scrubbers for fastest results. Photos are preferred to avoid unnecessary calls.
Are your units certified and maintained?
All equipment is professional-grade, regularly serviced, and ready to deploy. We carry full liability insurance. Equipment meets industry standards for water mitigation and restoration work.
What’s your rental agreement?
All rentals are subject to our standard equipment rental agreement. A valid photo ID is required for all rentals. Equipment must be returned in original condition. Late returns incur daily rental charges. Renter is responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to negligence. Minimum rental periods apply.
What if equipment is lost or stolen?
Equipment rental agreement requires responsible handling. Renter assumes full responsibility for all equipment once rented. In case of loss or theft, please contact us immediately to discuss next steps and available options.
